East Penthouse Rocklands is a 3 bedroomed duplex apartment that sleeps 6 based in Newquay North Cornwall. The whole apartment has fantastic sea views. There is a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and it is fully furnished. There are floor to ceiling windows giving amazing coastal views, and there is a balcony with patio furniture for guests to enjoy. The dining area had dining table and chairs. The kitchen is large and spacious and fully equipped. There is also a mezzanine level in the apartment with sea views and comfortable furnishings.Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an ensuite with bath, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The master bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, hand basin and toilet.Downstairs there is a heated wet room for boards and wet suits as well as an outside shower to clean off from the beach. There is a designated parking space for 1 vehicle. On the roof top there is a large spa jacuzzi hot tub and roof top sun bathing for guests to enjoy.
